Disorderly Conduct

Albert Nyenhuis was convicted of acting in a disorderly manner and was given five days in the Penitentiary in default of paying a fine of $5. Nyenhuis's wife was the complainant. She says that her husband drew the dull edge of a knife across her throat and threatened to kill her.
